Brain fog, breadwinner, business owner, AND content creator?

Hi Reader,

You expect me to be a content creator on top of everything else going on?

No, thank you.

I've got a multi-6 fig business I run on my own (with a few contractors). A 15-month-old who's into everything (literal chaos). I'm the breadwinner. And I've got postpartum brain fog so bad I forget where I am mid-sentence.

So the idea of me becoming a "content creator"?
Posting daily? Chasing trends? Filming videos?

Laughable.

And I can’t be the only one thinking this is blasphemy.

Many of you feel it too, amiright?

Running businesses while raising kids. Taking on postpartum hormones, perimenopause or menopause. Supporting your families in ways that add pressure you don't always talk about.

The brain fog is no joke, the mental load is heavy, and the idea of adding "content creator" to your list of identities feels exhausting.

(and to my male subscribers - I’m talking to you, too. I know you’ve got your version of family/aging stresses as I’m seeing it with my husband, too!)

So I’m just going to say it:

You don't have to be a content creator.

You're a business owner who leverages content to grow your business.

There's a difference.

Content creators optimize for followers, likes, and going viral.
You? You optimize for trust, relationships, and revenue.

Content creators post because posting IS their business.
You post because it supports your business - it's not the whole thing.

This reframe changes how you approach LinkedIn.

It means you don't need to post daily.
You don't need to chase every trend.
You don't need to become a dancing-pointing-at-text-on-screen person (unless you want to).

You need to show up consistently - not constantly.
You need to build trust with the right people…not impressions from everyone.
You need content that works for you, not content that becomes another job.

That's what I teach.

How to leverage LinkedIn to grow your business without losing your mind.

How to build a presence that opens doors - even when your brain is foggy and your plate is full.

How to do this sustainably, as a business owner with a life.

Because you're not a content creator.
You're a leader who uses content.
And that's a whole different game.

Toodles,
Natasha

Hey Reader! I'm writing this on Saturday while my son takes his 2.5 hour nap. This is my creative/me-time when I'm not distracted by client calls, LinkedIn, or all the other 100 things it takes to run a business. And it got me thinking about something I hear all the time: "I'll focus on LinkedIn when I have more bandwidth." What I've recently learned as a business owner, breadwinner, mom, and wife: Things don't slow down. Busy is just life now (not in a bad way, I love my life). But I don't...

Hi Reader, That's what a client asked me when we were wrapping up our engagement. She wasn't being sarcastic, she was genuinely stunned. She came in thinking I was just a LinkedIn coach.A lot of people do. And I get it. "LinkedIn coach" sounds like someone who tells you to post more and get more engagement. That's not what this is. What you actually get inside my program: → A fully optimized profile with custom branding and messaging (not a template, yours, done with you)→ Podcast-style...

Hi Reader, I'm not ready yet.... but I'll keep you in mind. You know that line, right? The polite brush-off that sounds promising but usually means nothing. My client Scott heard it at a biotech event about a year ago. The guy seemed interested, it was a good conversation. But: "We're not looking for anything right now." Most people would've followed up once or twice, then moved on.Scott did something different. And six months later, that same person sent him a LinkedIn DM: "Hey, we're ready to...
